CASTCARE Carbon based ceramic foam ceramic filter is our newest product with advantaged production technology and special carbon materials. It can also resist max 1680 ℃. This new filters can replace the ZR zirconia foam filters in some field. Mainly used for the filtration of special steel and other special castings, effectively remove large inclusions in liquid metal, adsorption of fine Impurities, reduce the content of gases and harmful elements in liquid metal, improve the metal matrix structure, and improve the mechanical properties of castings.
